Esthetics by Alexis is located in suite 11 in The Suites by Natural Roots, 25 division street East, Buffalo MN.
How can I prepare for my lash appointment?
Come with a clean face and lashes, absolutely no curler or mascara. for the best retention, it is best to avoid eye makeup for 2 days prior. No caffeine 4 hours prior.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee and no-shows will be charged 75%. 2 consecutive cancelations will be required to pay the full amount upon booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, American Express, master card, discover, cash and venmo
Why is a card required to book?
Card on file is required to book in the case of a cancellation or no show. The only time the card is charged is for a cancellation or no show. Card must be present at time of checkout.
